Juniper Restaurant Edwards CO

Loved this place and would totally come back again to try different plates. The espresso martini was really good and the pork belly appetizer was probably the best pork belly I have ever had. The steak with sun dried tomato puree was amazing (and big portion) as well as the seafood carbonara special (wish the portion was bigger especially with the price). Servers were great and we had a really really nice dinner here.

We came here for Christmas dinner on the recommendation of a coworker. We were staying in Vail and decided to leave the village in hopes of, if not saving money, finding food that was a better value for the expense. Unfortunately, we didn't find it at Juniper. We walked in and there was no "Merry Christmas" or "happy holidays" or really any welcome whatsoever. We were then led to a high top that was next to a temporary wall, so it was a bit cold. I will never understand why restaurants that charge $45-$75 for an entre will sit people at a high top - this is Uncomfortable. Women in heels do not want to try to find a place for their feet. Also, there was no reason for it - it wasn't saving space. It could have just been a regular table. The service was lacking. The menu doesn't have a lot

Juniper Restaurant in Edwards, CO, was truly outstanding! The dishes were exceptional, full of rich flavors, and beautifully crafted. Every plate felt special and unique. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and the service was top-notch. A must-visit for anyone in the area!

Forgive me for forgetting the names of all these dishes for they were ALL AMAZING and I would eat them again. During my trip to Colorado, I can safely say this was the best restaurant we went to. Made a reservation for the restaurant was completely packed. While busy, it never felt too loud with each table a comfortable distance apart from one another. As mentioned: food-wise the options were all delicious and beautifully plated. A staple I would recommend would be the soup!

Incredible meal. We come to Beaver Creek every couple of years and have never been to this spot. We will absolutely be back! They were able to accommodate gluten allergies on almost all dishes by switching up components of the dish. Would absolutely recommend.
