Julie's Tell Street Cafe

Met here for lunch. The staff was so friendly and the service was great. Three people got breakfast and all said it was delicious. I got the salad with grilled chicken. It was fresh, crisp, delicious and a very generous serving. Only downside was the noise level but...it was at the height of lunch service and the place was packed. Will definitely be back.

Went for breakfast with friends. Great hashbrowns!! Warm, friendly service, and a cozy, Southern Indiana style atmosphere. The pancakes are gi-NORM-ous! This is a great spot to eat and relax. Definitely coming back when I'm in town.

Service was fantastic, friendly staff, great desserts. My wife and my father loved their entrees. I had the grilled chicken, it was average but the cornbread was outstanding. I would definitely go back to try something else. The chicken breast tasted like it was processed with "rib meat". Like something you would find in the frozen section in Walmart. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I had a better experience here this time. Food was good. Service was better and the atmosphere even seemed better. They aren't open in the afternoons and evenings so I have felt hurried before when I ate at lunch time. This time I didn't feel like I was being rushed so the employees could get side work and closing activities done. I had a cinnamon roll and also bacon and fried potatoes. The bacon was perfect. Not too crispy but also not chewy. I would prefer bigger pieces of cut onion in the potatoes instead of diced onions but overall it was very good!

Very old style cafe, all employees were amazing and very friendly. Food was also magnificent, I recommend this to everyone that hasn’t been easily 10/10!
