Juliana's Place, hands down; the best Haitian restaurant I've ever eaten at. The food there is simply amazing! My personal favorites are their lalo & turkey. So If you're ever in the Irvington area, do yourself a favor, stop by & try anything on their menu & you won't regret it!! You can thank me later

No Customer Service or Etiquette whatsoever! You cannot tell someone who is calling your business for the first time that I’m holding up your phone line just because I had the audacity to ask what your menu items for the day were. I’m calling your “business” to provide you a sale, and this is the impression you want to make? I suggest everyone give their business to establishments that have manners and have earned your hard-earned money. Won’t be getting me again!

The staff are rude and has no customer service. Stay away from that restaurant. I can't believe you will get this low to give such a response when I politely asked the guy to adjust the order and I will pay the difference. He ignored me until I went back to him and reminded him that he would take care of it. That's when you come out rude as always to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Like I said. There's too many Haitian restaurants in the area and should appreciate when a customer pick yours. Not only i will not come back so is my children and husband and anyone else I know. You need to get a customer service training that would help you greatly.

Best Haitian Restaurants ever in Jersey very professional. I know those ladies they work very hard and I don’t think they would be rude if there were to be a error like that on their end. If you are trying to troll their account that’s wrong especially at a time like this when we should be supporting small black owned businesses. I think we All need to do better in the black community

There’s no better Haitian restaurant in all of Essex and union county NJ. Forever my favorite Haitian restaurant. Food is always delicious and well prepared. Love love love love the Lalo and lumbi dish. Cancel that pizza order and get you some Juliana’s 😍
