Juicy King Crab House

3.6 ⭐️ 2 years we’ve driven past this place, we finally decided to give it a try. Not bad at all. My husband got a seafood boil. I was going to take a picture of the bag but… it’s just a clear bag of food lol. But he loved it and said it’s better than Pier 88. I was craving everything and nothing at the same time. So I got calamari, and that alone was worth it! It was a lot! And I got 3 sushi rolls. All of it was very good. The service was a little odd. Didn’t seem like the hostess wanted to speak to me at all. This is why I don’t like eating inside restaurants anymore lol. I don’t want to get that kinda of service when I’m dining in. But either way, we both enjoyed our food! And I saw a sign that said 50% off sushi Mon-Sat, 11-3p. So I will definitely be getting sushi lunch from here more

The food was solid. DO NOT order the spicy maki sushi combo! it was not spicy. Wasabi was not spicy. Asked the waitress if it was suppose to be the spicy combo and she said yes. I told her it was not spicy at all. Her response and I quote, “well I don’t know I don’t eat sushi.” The fried calamari was mid. They do not serve it with like do you have to ask for it. Popcorn shrimp was okay. Hush puppies were good. Crab cake was okay. Cajun fries were not as expected. Service was terribly slow. Waitress barely checked up on us. Food took so long to arrive. We noticed other people that came after us would receive their food first. The waitress brought us cup of waters at the same time as other tables drinks (30 mins after ordering them).

I went here a total of two times, every time I went a server's would not acknowledge me. The first time I came through the door I got a I glance from the hostess, I didn't get a I'll be right with you, or anything. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and to be sat, after we were sat down we waited for 15 minutes for server to acknowledge us that she will be right with us after that another 25 minutes, we left. Second time we came in, it was the same thing with the hostess, eye glance no acknowledgment. We waited 10 minutes then left. We decided to give it another shot but this time we did take out. Unfortunately another eye glanced at the host station, I waited 3 minutes just to tell the hostess I put in a to-go order. She handed us our bag and we took it home. The food is

Went here for my birthday and wasn't disappointed. The food was delicious and the decor fits the restaurant perfectly. Props to the sushi chef, he understood the assignment. I will be going back as soon as possible.

I was with a planned party. Yet they were under staffed. It took our table over an hour to get our food. The order was not right and the waitress had no idea what table had ordered what. My order came with hush puppies that I never received. Our drink refills were handled by members of our party. This is my first and last time here!!
