What a wonderful little ice cream shop in Troy! Kind of off the beaten path, this little place has a great selection of ice cream and a number of other treats. They had about twenty different flavors the day we were there and you can get it in a cake cone, sugar, come, or a couple of types of waffle cones. You can also get it in a cup. No matter how it is served the ocean is very creamy and flavorful - it is not so cold that it is brick-hard, but just soft enough to really bring the flavors out. Some high top and regular table seating inside and a few tables and a couple of benches outside. There is also a drive through if you are looking for something on the run.

I’ve been to the original Jubie’s location many times and the new Troy location was everything I’ve come to expect. The service was fast and friendly, everything was clean, and of course the ice cream was delicious! This time I tried blueberry muffin and it was amazing! Although they have so many fun flavors its always hard to choose.

This place is amazing. It sets the standard when it comes to ice cream shops. Other ice cream shops wish they could grow up and become this place. The blast is way better than a blizzard or concrete mixer. I’m not really a huge ice cream fan either but was really impressed here seriously!

We were in the Troy location on 10/23/25 and the place was very busy. The young man working was by himself and really hustling. He was very kind and friendly and never got frazzled. Kudos to you young man! An the ice cream was delicious as usual!
