Ernst Cafe

Probably my new favorite coffee place. Ordered an iced and hot mocha. Both were very good! They use Pettibone beans. Which are some of our favorites. I noticed they used Woodruff Farms Jersey milk in their lattes. That makes the $5 price tag a great deal. Plenty of space for us and the 3 kids to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely become a frequently visited place for our family.

First time coming and I'm impressed! Good, open atmosphere. The cortado I had was good and the baristas were friendly. I'll update my review once I've been there a few more times.

I got the sweet dream (ordered it half sweet cuz I like my drinks sweet but not super sweet) and it's DELICIOUS!!! Latte isn't bitter at all, good quality espresso. Highly recommend. We stopped here on a road trip. Loved the simple yet stunning art forward decor.

Ernst Cafe serves 3rd wave coffee (currently Pettibone) and has drip, pourover (Poursteady), and various espresso drinks. Coffee is quite good on pourover, and will rotate as needed. I also had a cortado and it was well made. Food is good, though portions are not large. The baristas are helpful and friendly, and there's enough space for larger groups to meet up. There's also outside seating. So good to have this cafe closer to west Troy.

The Ernst Cafe just opened, and it's already my favorite coffee spot in Troy. The staff are super friendly, and great at making coffee. Their signature drinks are very tasty, and the atmosphere is fantastic. There's a lot of natural light, which makes it a great place to bring things to work on during the day. Plenty of comfy seats available or tables, if you prefer to spread out a bit. I'll definitely be coming back here often!
