Juan y los tres garcias Mexican grill and bar

We love great food and we wanted to try a new restaurant out so we chose Garcia's in Walterboro. Even though the shopping center it is located in is rather run down, we were quite surprised how nice and clean the restaurant was. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. Once seated it took 10 minutes to have someone come to our table. The chips and salsa were very good. But when they brought our food I stopped enjoying myself. I spent months in Mexico and I know what a Chile Releno is and believe me what I got served. I could only manage to get about two bites in and stopped. I did eat the salad and taco tho. But their food had no flavor and taste very bland. So you can go try it for yourself if you like but I won't be returning.

This is my preferred Mexican restaurant and general dine-in experience in Walterboro. The food's great and I feel that you get reasonable portions for the price. What makes this place stand out to me is the atmosphere. I find it quite comfortable. It's warmly lit, but not too overwhelmingly bright and there are a good amount of booths, which I prefer to sit at.

I made my first visit here with a small group to whom also the place was a bit unfamiliar. That said, we enjoyed a good meal, and all diners were pleased with their selections. We were there for lunch, and the restaurant was pretty empty. Must have been a slow day. We will definitely return in the future to sample other items on a menu that provides many options.

Everything went well up until we seen a roach. Food was okay. And the waiter was very nice. They let us keep the food but honestly it was thrown in the trash when we got home because it made my stomach turn after seeing the bug. My grandma threw up in the car

The food was absolutely amazing! I got the tacos de carne asada with chorizo and the tortillas tasted so fresh, the steak was juicy and I ate it all! New fav place!
