JR Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Frederick! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly service and the aroma of fresh-baked goodness. great food. especially love the chicken bowls that are made here! they are packed well, decently sized portions for the price!

Employees are respectful and nice. The food is another story, mainly the pizza. The pizza had so much cheese it was disgusting. Pizza is a balance of crust to sauce to cheese. See pics for reference. They had so much cheese that the cheese in the bottom didn't melt. I ended up taking all the cheese off, the taking about 1/3 of the cheese, spreading it out and baking the pizza to make it edible. Wings were decent. Salad was meh.

Ordered via Doordash. The food arrived warm and was delicious. I had the carne asada bowl. The flavor was outstanding. It felt homemade by my abuela herself.
