JRECK Subs

We had takeout subs from this place. I had a whole Steak & Cheese sub and my wife had a whole Chicken Stir Fry sub. They were very delicious and fulfilling. The service was quick as we were the only ones there.

The sub was packed with fresh ingredients, and the bread was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. I had the turkey and Swiss, and the turkey was juicy and flavorful, complemented by fresh veggies and a generous amount of Swiss cheese. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was casual, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.

Constructive denial of service. Walked in a full 20 minutes before closing. First sign of trouble was noticing that there were no baskets in the fryers. Staff indicated that they hadn't been off long and would turn them back on. While one employee went to grab a basket, I noticed the second sign of trouble. The spot on the counter where the meatballs are normally kept was empty not even an empty pan. I asked and was told that they'd already been put into the freezer. Effectively meaning I'm not eating. If you don't want to stay open till 9:00, cool, change your hours. But if you're going to say you're open, be open, don't shut down half the store but leave the open sign on, mocking those with hopes of receiving actual service. Food was good! We were a bit disappointed that this jrecks unlike the others didn’t have shaved lettuce for the sub. So it was like having salad lettuce on the sub. Also whoever was the woman who was making the sandwiches definitely seemed like she was doing everything all at once it was impressive

I love jrecks. I moved away snd any time I'm upstate I go to jrecks. This one however was rather disappointing. None of the staff hats on and we felt like an inconvenience ordering food. They also didn't have the correct lettuce. Jrecks always has perfectly shredded lettuce and this one was out back slicing heads of lettuce. Definitely a disappointment of a jrecks.
