Liverpool Public Library

Great books, but unfortunately the customer service from the staff isn't as well as it use to be. I know there are some that are okay, but you don't have to be rude when explaining a policy to someone. The manager was extremely rude, and she didnt have to talk to me the way she did. I cried afterwards. Unfortunately, I no longer desire to go to this library again.

I was super lucky to visit the LPL today! It was thier grand re-opening and it is AMAZING! It is now ultra modern, and has wonderful light! Plenty of cozy places to sit and relax! The kids section is fantastic! There are even cozy seats built into the wall! Lots of computers to work on, books, music and movies galore too! The staff is as warm, friendly and welcoming as the new atmosphere! LPL is surely a magical and helpful place!

Our favorite library to date! The staff is always kind and helpful, but thats not even the best part. They are KNOWLEDGABLE. They care. The children have so much to do, and the childrens room is always clean and organized. They rotate toys and have a range of puzzles, books, interactive toys, art. My girls love it there and I have no trouble finding good reads, good info and good conversation. THANK YOU for making a safe place for EVERYONE.

This is one of the best libraries around. They have a great selection, excellent technology, helpful staff, and lots of activities. Take a look for yourself. You will be impressed.

The moment I walked in this place I already knew it was great. I came home that day and the book I got was so good I finished it that day! They have an awesome selection of books and I'm DEFINITELY coming again the lady's working at the front desks were also so nice and understanding. And the amount of different activities and clubs they have to join here is crazy! Loved this place 5 stars
