Paid $8 for a medium sized cup of vanilla soft serve & 2 toppings. The cup was not filled to the top as it should be — for $8! Kind people behind the counter, and mostly clean space. It’s just the lack of filling it up to the top for me.

Tried smoothie and ice cream. Smoothie was just okay. Service was quick. Noticed that staff were washing jars in between making smoothies which is necessary understandable but they are not wiping the hands and making drinks with same watery hands. So the drinks ,ice cream cups they hand off are all wet.

Came in a week ago (8/3) and was served by two teenage girls (one blonde and one with a scarf) and they were so sweet and funny—best service I’ve had at JP licks in years! They took time to fully wash a scooper and get a new dairy free ice cream out for my little boy who has a raging tree nut & dairy allergy. Not sure if you guys will see this but amazing job🩷 I’ve had so many issues with the employees working here in the past (even recent) being rude or just seemingly distracted, but the staff on this night really impressed me. I’m happy with the good change in this JP LICKS location, I’m glad that their employers are moving in the right direction with the people they hire. Hopefully the Boston locations will follow suit. Gives me hope for the new generation😝

Fabulous environment and employees were very nice when a customer dropped their ice cream outside and made them feel at home and was very understanding about the situation .Great work May 19 Sunday late afternoon crew .

Excellent ice cream and homemade whipped cream. Love their hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. Super thick! Only downside is the price. . At $9.00 for what is a smallish sundae. Good for a treat once in a while though. The service.could be slightly better. I mean for $9 ice cream, a smile and friendliness goes a LONG way, but we're talking about teenagers so. . Don't expect a lot.🙄🤷‍♀️😅
