I totally picked this place blindly as we were traveling north. Wanted a local place and they did not disappoint. Probably the best food we had ate all trip. Everyone super nice and helpful. Food AMAZING! We ordered fries with pork on them, I did get the Chipotle ranch on the side. My goodness so good a must get. Then I ordered beef and cheese and chicken and cheese. I preferred the chicken and cheese but the crust was so light and fluffy. My husband got the pork and cheese and liked it and my beef and cheese. My friend got steak, liked the dips that came with. Only downfall to this restaurant is very limited table space. Must try place!!

This is a place where you come in, and even if it's your first time they make you feel like a regular. Friendly staff, and the front runner Javier is an inspirational story of how will and determination and drive will get you far. I had their chicken sandwich with fries, a Birrialito, and a Buffalito. Everything was delicious.

Finally got to Lynnfield to try out School Street Foods and I am so happy (& very full)! My husband had his first pastelillo and he really liked them too! He tried the beef & cheese, chicken & cheese, and the buffalo chicken. He liked all of them but his favorite was the beef & cheese. It was so flavorful! I got two of the Birria and 1 chicken & cheese. The Birria was so juicy and they were fried to perfection- so crispy & light! 100% will be back soon so we can try the other flavors! Definitely try this place!

i had such a great experience today on my lunch break as it was my first time visiting. i got the new Hearty Smash Burger and Birrialito pastelito & they were bomb. you can taste the quality in the ingredients being used and freshness of the products selected. Javi is very down to earth and very welcoming to every customer i seen walk in. first time i’ve ever experienced a pastilito cheese pull and lemme tell you they’re a must try. hands down the BEST Pastelito i’ve ever tasted!🙌

A hidden gem! Best pastelitos I have ever had! I have traveled around to many different places. Today I had my tastebuds and mind blown. The Birria Pastelitos and Pastrami were amazing. I can’t wait to return. If you love good cooking made with love and pride you will not be disappointed. Try the chicken tenders so good!
