John's Pizzaria

Great food, friendly employees, amazing customer service. I always stop at Johns when I’m in Port Washington. Love that they added a baby changing table in a restroom. Also enjoy the coloring books and games available for families while we dine in. The cheesy and spicy turnover will forever be my favorite item on the menu.

I love a local pizza place and would support John’s Pizzaria any day over a chain, but the experience was a bit disappointing. While ordering, I asked them if they had bread sticks and was told yes, so I put in an order. Upon getting home with the order I discovered they were deep fried mozzarella sticks. I called them and asked them if maybe there was just a miscommunication, but they just told me they didn’t have bread sticks. They didn’t really seem interested in resolving the issue, so I just dropped it. The mozz sticks went in the bin. All in all, we got a large pizza for $40 as opposed to the advertised $17 and an awkward conversation over an issue that should have been relatively simple to resolve. I will say the pizza was quite good and generously topped, likely a learning curve

Very good pizza, super friendly service and very clean and cozy dining area. Our pizza came out fast, hot and delicious. We will be back.

First time here, unfortunately, we had a less than good experience... Tonight, it seems that the restaurant was very behind and the food quality may have suffered because of it. My family waited over 1 hour to get our food. Looking around, there were also other tables with long faces...Unfortunately, the less than good experience didn't stop there... The presentation was fine, was hoping the food was too.

What a nice small restaurant! We've been here a few times now, both good experiences. The pizza is wonderful (we asked for less cheese the second time, and it was perfect). Tried the cheesecake, and that was spectacular. Hope to come back soon.
