Johnny's Pizza House

Honestly very aggravated with my experience with this specific Johnnys. I placed a delivery ordered, received a call that delivery was not available, after picking up the pizza, realized the breadsticks are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Called and asked what happened and was told that they ran out of breadsticks and the manager told them to use the pizza dough. I was genuinely in shock, I know that this is NOT how Johnnys is, and I should have been told on the phone that they were out of breadsticks when they told me that delivery was unavailable. I did not complain at all when delivery was not available, I did not ask for the tip back, I called about the breadsticks and only asked for a refund for the breadsticks and was told I could get a refund for them. The rest of the food was fine. I have not

12-13-2025 9pm love this place dont get me wrong, but me and my husband felt so ignored while we waited and waited annnd waited at the front counter and no one would help us. But the best part they FORGOT half the CHEESE on the pizza or ran out?? 😂 this was so disappointing honestly.

It’s good, just wish they would add more sauce to the pizza cause it’s like I’m chewing on cardboard or chewing on a tire everytime I get it (yes I ask for extra sauce but never get it). Don’t know if they’re getting greedy with the sauce or just don’t care but that pizza way to expensive to throw half of it away because 90% of it isn’t edible cause it’s so dry and hard to chew. In case anybody wanna know how dry, I mean absolutely no sauce on like 90% of the pizza 😭.

This was my first time trying Johnny’s and it left me a little disappointed. I walked in and walked up to the counter. There was a very young little girl waiting for an order and she had to ask the workers if it was ready. It had been sitting there and she was standing there when I walked in. The guy at the register halfheartedly took my order and never cracked a smile. When I started getting my pizza off the lunch buffet the same not so friendly character was adding pizza. I asked him about a buffalo pizza 🍕 to which he mumbled something inexplicable that I took as no. The buffet consisted of the usual pizza, pasta, & salad with a couple dessert pizzas.
