Johnny's New York Style Pizza

I went here last night and so disappointed. The food looked great but was horrible. I ordered penne Alfredo fettuccine I believe that's what it's called. I've had it on several occasions and it was great. Last night it was tasteless and not even enough sauce. Some of the noodles were brown and dried out. It was straight trash. The garlic knots are always a hit. Last night they were hard and dry. Looks are totally deceiving. Didn't taste any garlic and hardly any butter. I must say I will no longer recommend this place to anyone else. I know they were extremely busy but that should not devalue the quality of the food. I didn't even call to complain because I know it wouldn't do any good. I just wasted my money on 2 meals that were trash and waited about 45 minutes to get it. They won't ge

Went in yesterday and the place was exceptionally busy music going games happening staff was doing their thing. My disappointment came from the calzones we normally love, they looked good on pick up and seemed fresh since there was a decent wait. Upon arriving home, less that 5 mins aways. The calzones were a soggy mess because the dough was so thin. Worse off the sausage tasted FOUL or bacon couldn't figure it out because it was all smashed together, my kids initially pointed it out and yes it was bad or something definitely off so had to make them something else. Me and hub shared the 1 out of 3 that didn't have sausage but had to eat it with a fork. Located in a Hiram, Johnny’s seems to be a staple in the community. Johnny’s is a family favorite not necessarily because of the food although it’s pretty good, it just gives a neighborhood vibe. We really enjoy the Music played during Bingo on Thursdays. The servers are friendly and everyone is relaxed and it’s a fun time! The staff was very sweet from the beginning. Our server was very kind and very attentive. I ordered the penne and added beef and requested that it have heavy ricotta and light sauce. The way the dish was presented was perfection. My husband has the Cajun pasta and my daughter had the spaghetti. Both said their dishes were really good but the garlic knots seemed to be the favorite. Witnessed a young server get treated so unbelievably horrible by an old woman due to a $2 charge on her bill she didnt think was right. The sever and another girl came over to explain the check but the lady kept raising her voice and being nasty. Just wanted to shout out how professional those young girls handled the situation even though one was very visibly upset. We absolutely adore Johnny's and will continue to come back many times. Your young servers are so sweet and genuinely kind girls! So sorry the world can be so cruel! 10/10 pizza always, the fried ravioli are to die for.

The Baked Penne had no sauce it was just noodles and cheese. I was really disappointed with my experience today. The garlic knots were lacking any noticeable garlic flavor, which was a letdown. I had tried the macaroni bites from this place before, and they were decent, but today’s food just didn’t have any of the taste I was expecting. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
