Johnny's New York Style Pizza

I ordered a slice of Johnny’s Deluxe and the Veggie Deluxe. They were both outstanding. I appreciated the green olives on the Veggie Deluxe. The crust was very good was very “New York”. Impressed.

Over all, the food is actually pretty good and you get a sizeable portion for your money. The service is always pretty great, one of the best things about this restaurant really. The overall feel of the restaurant is pretty chill honestly, but its location does bring in a lot of travelers that tend to broadcast their conversations/work related nonsense (phone volumes up).

During my short stay in Atlanta, I stopped by Johnny's Pizza for a classic New York style fix. The all-meat calzone blew me away with the perfectly buttery crust with garlic and melty cheese that hit every note. I also grabbed a slice of steak and cheese and a pepperoni slice; both were delicious with no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. 10/10 without a doubt, and I’d definitely go back.

Went to Johnny's in Douglasville today to treat myself. They did not fail. Service was very accommodating, friendly and fast. My food was so good, I went back to put in another order! Thank you Johnny's New York style Pizza.

I first had the pleasure of learning about Johnny’s firsthand during an office luncheon, and I was extremely impressed with the pizza. When I noticed they also serve calzones, I had to come back. I returned on Saturday, 1/10/26, and ordered calzones for my three sons and myself—and they were absolutely delicious. Once again, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and chill. I didn’t even get photos because from the very first bite, I was a goner… and so was the calzone!
