Our family went there for lunch. Good burgers & fries, friendly staff. They even did a Spider web ketchup art for our little one. I had the grilled chicken club salad, I would have liked less bacon and just a teaspoon on top.

Never coming back. Service was horrible, our server, was rude, slow, and forgot our food where we had to tell another server if she could get it. Our burgers were cold, we ate them because everyone was super hungry and waiting along time for the food. Then had to remind the other server about our chocolate shakes. We asked to speak to the manager. Shared our concerns, instead of being apologetic for short staffed, was defensive, I said I can understand that, but staff should not forget about food ordered (shakes) or if food is sitting on the counter for 5+ minutes while waiting, the server shouldn't be doing receipts. It's prioritizing customers. She did take something off the bill which I appreciate but, we're definitely not coming back.

Absolutely amazing place, food and staff. A real taste of America. Excellent value for money and incredible milkshakes.

We had to wait quite a while to be seated since the place was packed when we visited. We opted for booth seating, so we got our table after about 30 minutes. The servers were friendly and accommodating despite the busy noon rush. The food was good, though not as remarkable as I expected. Still, it’s a nice place to try!

Original burger w/cheese and fries were great. Service was awesome. Hostess cupcake shake was great with a little cupcake on top. Fast and friendly service.
