We have been ordering from John and Mary's in Alden for over ten years and we have never had a problem. The White, Chicken pizza is a STUNNER and one of our favorites, the subs and wings are also very good. THis is also a "classic" location as the interior decor and menus are like the originals I remember as a child.

To your response to my husband, it was more than just a base! We ordered a white pizza,,, you have us a regular pizza. Big difference. You did offer to remake the pizza,yes,,,, but that was not option for us to wait as our childen were hungry. This was not dine in, but take out. You could've gave us half off or comped us for the mistake. Mistakes happen, but you wanted us to drive in the pizza just for you to throw out is mind blowing as this was not a dine in experience. The fact that your minimizing and saying it was just a base, your not even apologetic or sorry, I never heard im sorry come out of your mouth or your staffs. Take accountability that this is not good customer service. Others have had negative experiences with your establishment as well... so im not the crazy one here.

Ordered a seafood basket which was supposed to come with macaroni salad and coleslaw. Ordered 2 blue cheeses and requested tartar sauce. I received 2 fish sticks and 3 shrimp along with a handful of clams and shoestring french fries. Received no coleslaw, no tartar sauce and no blue cheese. What I thought was tartar sauce was actually Caesar salad dressing, which I had no use for. Called John and Mary’s and was told I could drive back to get the forgotten items, which I did. Received 1 tablespoon of coleslaw and they threw in 1 tablespoon of macaroni salad for my trouble (photo is zoomed in portion sizes are tiny). Big disappointment. Not planning to go back anytime soon.

Ordered a chicken and cheese pizza today. It was ok BUT there was NO chicken on it at all!! Open your pizza box to make sure they have everything on it!!! Edit: just gave them a second chance and will not be going there again!!! Ordered a steak and pepper hoagie which comes with hot sauce and there was none on it!!! Even after they asked if I wanted it and told them yes. They are notorious for messing orders up. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Best Chicken finger dinner !!!! Better than carbones and townline I'm a regular customer and always will be. If your in the area reading this review... Just go you won't be disappointed.
