I don’t eat here a lot but anytime I do, it’s usually through the drive through. Anytime I order sauces, I never get them in my bag. I don’t know how I forget to check for the sauces before I leave. But tonight took the cake. Ordered ranch with zucchini fries. Ordered fries with fry sauce. Ordered chicken with barbecue and honey mustard. Got zero sauces. Now I’m eating this plain fried chicken 😭😭

Loved this place! The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the classic cheeseburger was better than that chain joint with the palm trees, and the service was excellent.

Been going here regularly for 6 years, probably more than 1k times and I feel it's fallen in the food department lately. Customer service and atmosphere are great but the beef quality dropped roughly 6 months ago and now they're rasing the price of what I would consider a burger meal to $20 (double burger, fries, drink). I had a disappointing experience at this establishment that I can't overlook. The management seems to be lacking, as the person in charge is just a high school student who clearly lacks the necessary skills to handle customer service effectively. When I placed a sizable order, the teenager who delivered it was confused about who was supposed to receive what. To add to the frustration, one of my burgers was prepared incorrectly, and instead of rectifying the error, the manager simply claimed that another customer had received my order. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone I know. In fact, I feel compelled to share my negative experience widely.
