Joe’s Pho

I’m giving Joe’s Pho 3 stars. The food was actually very good — the pho broth was flavorful, the portions is small for the price but everything tasted fresh. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, which makes it a pleasant place to sit down for a meal. The main issue was the service. It was quite slow throughout our visit. We waited a while to be seated, no one was available to tend to us, even though there were open tables. The server took our order in good time. Once the food arrived, our server checked in with us but wasn’t attentive. At the of our meal, we asked for boxes and the server completely forgot about us, therefore we had to help ourselves. It didn’t seem like the staff was rude, just a bit disorganized or short-staffed. Overall, we’d come back for the food,

Joe's Pho Is really good I love it here! I always come here to eat, the soup is so delicious and full of good flavor. I ordered many pho from here and I try something different each time I go but the P4 and P7 are my usual orders. The short rib pho Is my favorite, tender rib and excellent taste, noodles are yummy and everything. I would also try the OX tail pho, that will fill you up. Great atmosphere with some cool hip hop music and dim lighting it feels very chill here and I love it!

I’m giving one star for the service. My family enjoys eating at Joe’s Pho, but this experience was very disappointing. I ordered food to go and picked it up because one of my children has allergies. I specifically requested no chili pepper on the plate. The cashier clearly noted “no chili,” but the kitchen still prepared the dish with chili pepper on the plate. I called and asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager could not speak with me and that it is mandatory for the kitchen staff to put chili pepper on the plate, even when a customer requests otherwise. I was told I could bring the food back and they would remove the chili pepper, which is unacceptable given that this was an allergy-related request. Solid 4.5 stars. For me the regular serving size was perfect on my lunch break and the proportion of broth to noodles and meat was perfect as well. Only downside was I didn’t receive any broccoli or other sprouts/veggies but this is not enough for me to take off a full star. They have several affordable dine-in promotions so I’ll be back for sure.

This Is a very nice Vietnamese restaurant with more choices than the traditional Vietnamese pho places. The menu is quite colorful and there are so many different choices. Everything in the menu looks nice and yummy. We've been here a few times and tried different things such as pho, noodle soup and rice plate. The quality of food in general is good. This place is huge with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The service is good. It's a good place to sit back and relax to enjoy a meal and not feeling rushed. Overall this place provides Vietnamese food with a twist and a good dining experience.
