My first time here—and definitely not the last! I’m beyond satisfied! The restaurant is small, so we waited about 15 minutes to get seated. After choosing our ingredients and weighing our bowl (2.46 lbs for $15.99/lb), it took another 10 minutes for the food to be served. Totally worth the wait! My husband and I shared the bowl with the mild Beef Broth. It was perfectly seasoned—we didn’t even need any extra sauce or condiments! After a long day at work, we came in starving, but the portion was so generous we couldn’t even finish it. Huge bowl, amazing flavor, great value, and good service all around!

The foods are good, $14.99/lbs. You choose your meats, veggies, weight it and choose the soup base. The classic bone is good, looks like a curry base. I take out 1 star because the are to get the ingredients is very small and cramped.

I love this chain so much! This location is also actually a lot nicer than the Chicago one I frequented. There’s way more food options such as different ramen types and so many fish balls! They even have egg tofu which I love. The wide vermicelli noodles are a must get. They have the dry mix and 4 different broths.
