If you want something sweet and cold, go here! If you want good atmosphere with your dessert, go here! If you're looking for a chillaxing time after a meal, movie, shopping, etc...GO HERE! Super nice service; patient, informative, accommodating. Bathrooms are clean, for customer use only (code locks). If it's not too hot, there is outdoor seating. Parking can be a challenge, due to popularity (look behind Joe's, to the east or north). And the line can get long, but waiting a few minutes is more than worth it. There's drive-thru if you don't want to get out of your vehicle.

I’m bummed to leave this review. I’ve been coming here for a while. My dad’s from Philly so obviously I was thrilled to discover a Philadelphian Italian ice spot in my area. Tonight we went and I ordered a large joelatti, a regular joelatti, and a medium size vanilla ice cream in a cup. The girl tells me my total is $26 and change, then she says “would you like a sticker?” To which I say “sure!”. But then I go to pay, and suddenly the total is $32 and change. I told my husband that didn’t seem right and he tells me to say something. I HATE confrontation but I ask anyways. She says “oh yeah your total was $32.xx, I can break it down for you.” She then tells me $8.xx each for the 2 joelattis, $8.xx for the ice cream cup and then the sticker which is $4. I go “wait what? This was my first time trying Italian ice and I’m glad I chose this spot. I got the Strawberry Joe Latti and it was actually really good. Definitely worth a visit and costumer service is great they offer you samples the moment you walk in.

There Sooo many options! Different dips for ice cream. I was there for the Italian ice. I used to love a certain one from Chicago on Taylor Street. This one is in comparison! I loved the blue cotton candy!

THE BEST TREAT IN THE WORLD!!!!! Have been to both locations the one in California and this one in Tempe , we drove up from Tucson. My favorite is the Wild cherry Joe latti with vanilla soft serve or swirl . The soft serve is absolutely delicious it’s creamy and the flavor is just delicious ! We were in Tempe for 4 days and we had it every day , at one point twice in a a day , yes it’s that good. In this AZ heat if it feels like we’re in the devils armpit we might as well have a delicious cold treat. My husband is a huge fan of their sour flavors , he also had a sundae and said it was really good !
