Best Dominican cake in PA!!! I drive 1 hour each way to pick up my cakes! The bakery is very clean, the decorations never dissapoint, they are beautiful! The taste of the cakes, tres leches, flans and other sweets they offer are excellent, delicious!! And the prices are very reasonable for the great quality of everything they sell you, right out of the oven! You will not be disappointed with Joeli's Dominican Bakery!
