Jinlan Chinese Restaurant

We were seated at a table that had fresh stains and crumbs from previous customers, partially under glass that was too small for the table. The Pepsi and sprite were served in a tall skinny glass with large ice cubes from top to bottom, leaving 4 sips - and with no carbonation. I told the server it was flat and she grumbled something and walked away without acknowledging me. The refills on the flat 4oz pop are not free, heads up. We asked for water instead and were given a dirty water pitcher from behind the bar. I mentioned the pitcher was filthy both inside and out and the woman again made some random noise and turned and walked away, ignoring me. The food was OK. But not OK enough to outshine the bizarre customer service and filthy atmosphere. We've been here three times now and

I really do hate you give such a low rating especially to a locally owned restaurant... Unfortunately it was well-deserved.. I went in around 7:30 this evening and it was completely empty that should have been my first red flag, the two ladies that were there we're not very hospitable and I got home with my food after I stopped to make a quick trip to Walgreens riding my bike there and back takes about 10 minutes and this is what I found when I opened up the food because it smelled delicious but I didn't take that way... Not to mention the whole restaurant was dirty outdated utterly depressing honestly. I work hard for my money and the little bit I have to splurge for extravagances & luxuries, I definitely need it to count for the utmost. This however was a complete waste 😕

At first I wasn't too sure about the place there wasn't many customers actually me my daughter and boyfriend were the only ones. The decor was very pretty but the bathroom was as you can see outdated and dirty. The waitress was very, dating and sweet I loved her attitude. The food was delicious and we'll both what I thought it was going to be

My grandson and I ordered takeout. We usually eat there but we're pressed for time. The food was absolutely gross. 3 entrees of mush. The breading on the orange chicken and gen tso chicken was mush. Not certain it was properly fried. The chicken in the szechuan chicken only resembled chicken but certainly did not taste like it. And we could not even get the dumplings out of the container without them completely falling apart. I am so disappointed as we talked about eating from there for a few days and I was kinda excited for it. We had been going there for literally years and never really had a complaint. I will not go there again.

Great old school Chinese restaurant! I came for lunch and got orange beef with a steamed side of broccoli and an egg roll. Portions were very large and delicious! If you like old school authentic Chinese where they still put umbrellas in the drinks…this is your place!
