Jinjja Comforting Food

I've had Jinja's food approximately 4 times now. Twice I've done it take out, and twice I've eaten at their location. I've enjoyed it immensely each time. I've tried the fried chicken thigh appetizer, the pancakes, the pork ramyun, egg toast, and the fried chicken toast. All are excellent. The crispiness of the fried chicken in particular is excellent. Flavorful broth on the soup, and great noodles. I wish it was available more often than just a weekly pop up, but maybe that will change one day.
