Jim's Family Restaurant

My husband and I went out for dinner wanting to go somewhere new! Jim’s did not disappoint, and it’s easy to see why the parking lot is always full. Food was delicious, especially my husband’s barbecue bacon burger with onion rings. Chicken fried steak was great and crispy, and the fries are the best we’ve had in a while! The scone and butter sauce were delicious. Our waitress was super sweet, and overall we had a really fun time here. We’ll definitely be back sometime!

I loved my Chicken fried steak skillet! It was hot and delicious and each component was just right… buttery scrambled eggs, and perfect potatoes! We had great service and a fun experience starting the day on our son’s birthday! We were also seated right away which is always a bonus. We would definitely go back.

There was 9 in our family and we reserved their room. It was so nice. We all ordered something different and everyone loved what we got! Lots of food for the price. Braxton the waiter was so kind and helpful and took care of all our needs. I'm in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. Parking good.

We had the use of their private dining room. We had 30 people with a pre approved menu for our guest to pick from. The staff was amazing as well as the food. We really had a great time.

This was my first time eating at Jim's Family Restaurant, and I enjoyed the Cowboy Jim's Breakfast. It wasn't a 4-star meal because I didn't enjoy the cheese on it. I'm not a cheese fan to begin with, but it was overwhelming. Without the cheese, it would've been solid. I also liked the scone, and I'm glad I switched for it over toast or a pancake. The country fried steak is definitely a winner here. Our server was friendly, and in the beginning was very helpful. However, once we got our food, we couldn't find him until he brought the check. It was a bummer since we were all needing refills and were proactively trying to track someone down. I'd recommend getting refills the moment you get your food just to be safe. And to save you any potential confusion, you pay at the register up front.
