Ordered delivery and it’s the first time I’ve ever tried JJ. So excited to try it after always hearing how big and meaty the sandwiches are. However, unfortunately super disappointed. Hardly any meat on either sandwich, bacon was extremely crispy. So sad, but I’ll try again after a few more weeks to give more organization and/or feedback has been done

It is amazing to see the combination of sandwiches and ice cream! You wouldn’t think the two would go well together but I was blown away by the way the store was set up. The crew was very helpful and seem to be having a good time while working. The store was filled with laughter and good music. If you haven’t stopped by I would recommend giving them a try!

Food was good. But all 3 times I’ve come in with my daughters and ordered 3 sandwiches, with one customer there before me (hey ordered 2 sandwiches and a pickle last time), I was astonished as we sat for 23-30 minutes for the workers to stop talking long enough to make our sandwiches. If you don’t mind sitting in a small cramped dining area for the employees to do their job at some point it’s fine at best. Food was great. Just every visit has been a huge disappointment as I end up feeling like they waste my family’s time listening to them gossip.

Update again: manager called and gave me a credit to come back in and try again. We did just that March 7th for lunch. I had a #12 Beach Club unwich and hubby had a Roast Beef Cheddar roasted. Absolutely amazing! My lettuce was cold and crisp all the way down His sandwich was one of the better ones he has had. Good job JJ! Update: answered the response below. Link is unclickable so had to type it in and the landing page is hard to maneuver. I will update as I get reaponses. I have eaten at JJ many times in Puyallup and other locations. This is my first experience here in Yelm and will NOT eat there again. I ordered a lettuce wrap BLT - this is what I got. One piece of rotten lettuce and a second wilted piece of lettuce, with shreds in the middle, soggy bacon, tomatos looked okay. Give
