Jimmy John's

ordered online, came over an hour later with Uber eats, and I got a soggy sandwich with 3 deserts instead of my sides. absolutely wild. I've never had a problem with any jimmy johns.

Freak fast my ass they use Uber Eats now for delivery orders and Uber Eats took over 30 mins to arrive to the store. Toasted subs ice cold and soggy very disappointing never again will i use this location. Also about two weeks ago they called telling us they only had sliced what bread which could be true but seems like there’s always an excuse at this store.

The food was typical, the place is filthy. Tables were not clean, despite several employees sitting around inside eating their lunches with their significant others or each other, and two employees behind the counter. We wiped our own table down with napkins. The worst part came when I went to the bathroom before leaving. The toilet was filthy and crusted with bits of feces, bile and other substances I dare not identify. The sink covered in grime. See the pictures… I won’t even describe the floor. Disgusting. It was a HAZMAT scene. Glad to know the workers are using this facility and then making your fecal flecked sammies. I notified an employee upon leaving. She looked at me like I was a crazy person.

Edit: after responding to Jimmy corporate I was ignored completely and no response was given to my email and feedback. Nor was a refund provided. Will not go to another Jimmy Johns again. Ordered two normal subs today, they were out of French bread which is fine but they then forgot 3 of the 3 veggies we requested on one of the subs(turkey tom) and went back inside to get them in a Togo cup, forgot one of them again... and completely left out the meat on the 2nd order (vito). We will not be returning to this location again which is a shame because we normally go most Mondays. what a fantastic waste of 20$

Feel bad but I have to say the girl at the register last night was rude. I felt rushed and as if I was inconveniencing her to pick up my online order. The girl cut me off to tell me my order was behind me as I was telling her what I was picking up, and I never got the Coke I ordered from there, but I got the water at least.
