Ordered a Vito online, got it home and discovered there was no meat in it, just lettuce and onion. Called and got a sorry, but no offer to make it good. We have gone here quite a few times, so it's a mystery how you can forget the main ingredients.

Decided I would hit up Jimmy John’s today. Let’s start out with everyone was super friendly and the place is really clean. Ordered a Turkey/Ham/Cheese with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The bun is a chewy type. Had a bonus of getting a free cookie which I chose the Red Velvet Cookie which is a new flavor. It had white chocolate chips in it which made it great. If you want fast, this is the place to come to.

We love ordering from Jimmy John's almost every Sunday! The staff is so friendly—we're practically on a first-name basis—and our order is always ready and delicious. The app is super convenient, letting us order even before the store opens and schedule a pick-up time, something other apps don't offer. Highly recommend!

It's your typical Jimmy John's and service was good. I would have gave this place 4 stars but they messed up my order.
