I placed a delivery order at 5:30pm. I waited until 7pm to call and ask for an update. The kid on the phone said they couldn't find a driver and they called to tell me but couldn't get ahold of me.
Hour and twenty min wait for a delivery and outsourcing their delivery to Uber Eats. I love meat and mayo at room temp. The worst JJ’s I’ve ordered from.
They mess up my order on occasion. Really gotta have them repeat it back to me. Best thing at JJ’s is the Gargantuan Unwich! Sometimes I can’t eat the whole thing.
I always go here for lunch because they're quick! Staff is always fast and friendly! Love their unwiches and wraps!
It's Jimmy John's like all the others, haven't had a bad experience there yet.
