Jimmy John's

Jimmy John’s has been my hyper fixation food for the past few weeks so I usually place an order once a week. Tonight they made my sandwich entirely wrong (I couldn’t even tell what some of the toppings were) and it was a soggy mess. I called and informed them my sandwich was wrong. They did send the corrected sandwich, however for some reason they felt it was appropriate to just deliver the sandwich in the sandwich wrap (sans bag) on my porch. Guess my weekly order will be going to the East Peoria Jimmy John’s now.

I ordered here on Saturday May 19 at 1:40. I finally got my food at 2:34. And when I did my sandwich was smashed and had very little meat on it. Now I seriously never ever leave reviews, this is actually the first ever review I’ve done for a restaurant. But I ordered the Jimmy Cubano (which is a favorite sandwich which means it gets double meat) and like I said very little ham and almost little to no mustard and mayo, I asked for extra pickle and didn’t get that, there was also another sandwich for my s/o that I added avocado spread for an extra $1.50 and didn’t get that either. So I called the store once I finally got my “freaky fast food” and demanded a refund, the manager tried to get me to accept 2 regular sandwiches as a sorry, which doesn’t add up even half the whole orders worth. I always get delivery and it's always fast and amazing. Today my delivery guy brought my Amazon packages up from the steps to the door with my food. Super thoughtful employees, I appreciate my local Jimmy John's so much

I asked Chase to build a sandwich with no input from myself. He seemed thrilled with the challenge- without rules, he then proceeded to construct a sandwich that would take my taste buds on an exciting adventure of profound enlightenment. 10/10, thanks for showing me what heights a single sandwich could accomplish.

Great place!!!! You all did great. The food was super. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. Easy 5 star!
