Is it me or did libraries cease to become places where you can work and read silently? The main problem is with the staff, who speak as if they were in a bar, rather than a library. Not saying they shouldn't be aloud to have a conversation, but I hear every minute detail in the conversation from across the library. It makes it hard to study/work/read, which I thought was the purpose of a library.

So I decided to give this library 3 stars because my daughter came in for a program for 9-14 year olds and the staff played a movie for over 20 children that not only had a variety of cuss words in it, but also had repeated cussing throughout it. The staff didn't warn parents ahead of time and didn't change the movie. My daughter loved the rest of the program but was disturbed by all of the cussing at a child only event. I would add a photo of the movie review that says each cuss word, but I would probably get banned from giving reviews (as an adult) if I did. I will probably still check out their future programs, but ones that I can stay at and pull my child out of if they decide to expose her to inappropriate things again. Hopefully, they do better from now on at checking review on movie

Really nice library and staff but hours not helpful. Came all the way here on three occasions to find it closed. Is Saturday in June? Oops closed early. Open Sunday? Not until a month after announcement. I work 8 to 5 so I need reliable weekend hours. Great library, I want to use it more often.
