Very nice but small restaurant. It was clean and had great service. The meal deal was very satisfying and tasted good. The service was quick, and the order was done right.

Upon entering this Jimmy John’s location, I wasn’t greeted at all — not even a simple “hello.” I was clearly seen, yet still ignored. It took well over a minute and a half before anyone acknowledged me, and when they did, the cashier seemed like he had no interest in being there. No energy, no enthusiasm — just going through the motions. When he asked if I had a rewards number and I said no, there was no follow-up or offer to sign me up, nor any explanation of what the rewards even are. That kind of service really made the entire experience feel cold and uninviting. Honestly, I probably won’t be returning to this location unless I’m in a bad mood — because then the terrible service would at least match the vibe. With how expensive it is to eat out these days it sucks spending 40 dollars and being disappointed. I got the cubano and they forgot the cheese and put practically nothing on it.. also forgot to give me the pasta I paid for. Dined in and had to find paper towels to wipe off a table so we could sit down.

Loved the food here. Good gluten free options. Freaky fast. Friendly employees. Food is tasty. Pickles are large. Sandwiches fill you up. Bathrooms are stocked up. Tables are clean. Pop is fizzy. Walls have lots of funny pictures and sayings. Prices are average. They take credit and debit cards. Napkins are free. Chairs support you while you sit. Floor is easy to walk on.

This place is part of the problem. Donating to Rump. They go a little kookoo if you try to build your own. An 8" sandwich, 2 small chips and a .5 ounce potato salad for $23. I feel dumber.
