Jimmy John's

I get Jimmy John’s about once a week but this was only my second time at this location. I got home with my sandwich and the bread was so hard that I could knock on it so loud my dogs literally thought that someone was at the front door. I didn’t have the energy to go back, but given I paid $12 for a sandwhich and some chips it was disappointing that I couldn’t eat it. This bread was very clearly several days old… I’ve never had an experience like this before at any other JJ’s locations. I will say the gentleman in the drive through window was so nice, which is why I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1. Had I decided to drive 15 minutes back, I’m sure he would’ve made it right but I didn’t have the time.

The staff there was super friendly! The service was fast and the food looks and tastes fresh! The bread was not stale and seemed warm as if it just came out of the oven. I would recommend this sandwhich shop to anyone looking for a quick healthy meal.

Usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but I placed a mobile order and waited almost 40 MINUTES in line for my sandwich. I’m sorry but that is just ridiculous. I wish I was exaggerating. That’s the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive thru- if I didn’t already pay I would have just pulled out of line.

Yooooooooo I love this place Neal took my order AND HE BROUGHT IT TO ME! he was literally out the door before I was even done ordering LIKE A BOSS! My man's needs a raise 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟6 stars for my boy NEAL! sheeeeeeesh

Staff was nice and friendly. Restaurant was clean but man, I've never ever had a sandwich so dry and crusty like this before. How old is your bread?! Please give out fresh bread everyday!
