I ordered online and they didn’t leave the store to deliver for 30 minutes after another 35 minutes without the delivery I called the check on the driver (it’s very cold and snowy roads) said I could call back if still no delivery and they would send me a free sandwich coupon. I just wanted my food. Finally got delivered. My sandwich was wrong and cold..I ordered a toasted sub. My son’s was right, which is why I scored it a little higher. I hate complaining but I order from here like 2/3 times a month at least and this was the worst delivery.

Love ordering from jj good sandwiches all around delivery is a bit slow getting out took around 35-40 minutes too receive but it came fresh and good so i cant be mad lol

Went through the drive through and asked for two slim #4s which is their turkey subs but with only turkey. Their drive through speaker doesn't seem to be working the best as half of what the worker said seemed to be cut off. They never repeated my order back just spouted off the total amount after a few minutes of awkward silence. The amout seemed weirdly high for such simple subs, which was my first warning sign, but I chalked that up to Jimmy John's having become more expensive since I last went there. Pulled up to the next window and was met with warning sign number two when they took far too long to put together what, again, was supposed to be two very simple subs with no other cars in line behind or before me. Just went through the drive thru and the lady that was talking was super rude.. I asked for a meal and she said umm.. I'm going to need more details than just a meal.. she sounded super mad and so my husband and I just drove away didn't even eat there because this lady was super rude! Hope you can find better employees than the one taking orders through the drive thru.

What a great crew! They specialized my unwhich for me! Great service, clean atmosphere overall amazing experience :-)
