Friendly people — Clean restaurant and bathrooms. When you walk in, it smells great smells great - the bread is really The delicious part that along with that they have fresh ingredients & And their tuna fish is excellent — Jimmy John’s is my favorite place to get a sub sandwich and they also have options. You don’t have to have bread or you could have a wrap. They really have listened to the customer. Thank you.

We had Jimmy John’s cater our wedding last May and they were great! We had someone go pick up the sandwiches, and everyone at the venue was happy to see him arrive with Jimmy John’s in hand. It was a good experience!

Always a stop on my way down to the valley! My order was ready and waiting for me to pick up. Staff and sitting area inside were impeccable!

Added a side of potato salad and got a half serving!! I could have gone next door to safeway and got more for less. Will not do an online order again! Good thing the sandwich was good.

Whatever happened 6 or 7 months ago really made this place go downhill fast. I used to LOVE them and would personally order frequently as well as use for my staff lunches. Between rude staff and completely poorly made skimpy sandwiches 2 visits in a row, I contacted customer service with pictures and exact dates and time for them to review the incidents. They were very kind and attentive, although the only recourse was credit at this Payson store. The workers there were even ruder and condescending upon me trying to place an order for a small staff lunch. I didn't get through ordering before I decided enough was enough. I would do ANYTHING to make it right for a customer, the kid on the phone made it VERY clear he was not interested in that at all. Even putting me on hold for 10 minutes, t
