Facility is very clean, and staff is very friendly and professional. Should I mention that the sandwich was absolutely delicious?

First time ever going to JJ's. Tuna sandwiches are one of my favorites. Service was good and the place was very clean & friendly. Just a tuna sandwich let down. No where on their menu did it list onions in the tuna. It listed every else on the sandwich. One bite and I had to through it out. Differently going to try again someday despite my first attemp

Very friendly staff. Food prepared quickly and efficiently. This was our first time eating at a Jimmy John’s, and we were pleasantly surprised! I loved that there was a “mini” size available for smaller appetites. Food was quality & priced right!

Mostly just grab my Diet Coke from here, but the staff are wonderful. Landon is the best - so kind and always gets so excited to see my pup in the drive-thru ❤️

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I Feel like I was robbed Ordered a delivery on 6/12/23 -driver left food on the outside elements without trying to knock or call to let me know the order had arrived -they forgot to add turkey on a TURKEY SANDWICH -when I later called, the manager initially disregarded my claims. -when she finally realized they had made a mistake in the kitchen she expected me to pick up the remade sandwich after I had paid the delivery fee and tip. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.
