Really great new location. The atmosphere is peaceful and great for studying. The baristas are friendly and fast. The coffee was good by Biggby standards; nothing crazy special but good enough and reliable. I had an Americano; the strength was decent and the espresso was good.
Stop putting the frozen bagels in the microwave. I had already complained to the Mattawan store. Apparently you own both locations. Nobody wants a soggy sandwich.
