Ordered delivery on app at 5pm. I'm diabetic so I took my insulin shot as it said Id get it in 20 mins. At 532 they call to inform me they dont have a delivery driver and theyre waiting on Uber By 630 I call back and had to cancel the order. We are retired and can only treat ourselves occasionally. My blood sugar dropped to 43. Only after my husband turned in a complaint at 645pm. Did the website then decide to warn about delivery. This is my favorite place to treat myself. And now I won't be able to order from them again. Sent complaints to corporate and the store. And all they said was well it was canceled and your refund is pending. No one reached out to apologize or anything. Like oh well for you. Absolutely disappointed and sad I dont have my favorite any more

I love my Newton, IA Jimmy John's! The people are SO friendly and they are fast. I always order ahead and pick up at the drive through window, my order has ALWAYS been ready!

The parts of my order I received were good. But unfortunately I didn’t get all of my order. Though they didn’t forgot to charge me. I live out of town and am unable to return. They gave me a credit for a sandwich. I asked to be refunded, they refused. Saying they are unable to. They would not put the manager on the phone and was told “I don’t have the info for customer relations in front of my face so no, I can’t get you that number”. Just over all very unprofessional.

Ordered one of the new pizza sandwiches was not very good cheese was hard and not melted the sandwich was very messy and fell out the bottom of it even put to cut sandwiches in half not worth the money I spent!

Last night after work I drove through Jimmy John’s and did not have the best experience. I was ordering through the drive thru around 6:45 pm on Tuesday evening. The girl taking my order was very unprofessional only to find out that she said she was the manager. You have to be nice to people if you want them to come back and it seems she didn’t want me there at all.
