Jimmy John's

My wife LOVES Jimmy Johns and was very excited to have one close by now in Mooresville. I do not like leaving this review but we have been very disappointed in the accuracy of our orders. So far 5 out of our 6 orders have been wrong. Please pay attention to your orders when making them. I would much rather my order run a few minutes behind instead of rushing through and delivering an incorrect order. We have had missing drinks, wrong drinks, removed items still on the sandwich, and our favorite is added onions when they aren't even included on the sandwich.

I had to submit reimbursements for work and realized I had lost my receipt for a catering order—cue the panic. I called the store and spoke with Emma, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She was able to look up my past order, print the receipt, and even offered to email it to me since I couldn’t come in. She stayed on the phone with me until I received the email, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service! This is officially my favorite Jimmy John’s location, and I can’t wait to order catering again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches in person, which were ready in maybe 3 minutes. They tasted great. Feedback- please turn the music down, we could barely hear the guy taking our order over it, and the gentleman before us was clearly having the same problem. We will return! Thanks Jimmy, you're a real homie.

It is great to see Jimmy Johns back in the Mooresville area again. I enjoyed my favorite combo from them today on their first day open! Great job to the team and thank you. I look forward to way too many more JJ subs in the future!

Went in to get lunch and didn’t realize they didn’t open I til 10:30am. I got there about 10:10am. One of the employees came to the door and said they didn’t open until 10:30 but they would go ahead and take care of me. A lot of places would have just told me I had to wait until they opened. Great service, food and willing to take care of their customers. Rare thing to find anymore. So thank you Mooresville Jimmy Johns employees for taking care of me.
