Could have been an off day but the slowest experience I have had a JJs. Sandwich also seemed lighter than usual on the ingredients.

Not a great experience and likely won’t be back to this location. Asked for no onions on my wrap and received a wrap with onions. Then the employees wanted to charge me for spicy ranch sauce for my wrap. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen to me, very disappointed after spend 35$ for a sub and a wrap. They needed more $ to give me sauce and wanted me to recheck out for another .70 cents on my way out.

Have plenty of time for this stop!!! This is not a "freaky fast" stop... have been here several times the last 4x placing an order online & it is "never" ready when we get there. Understand that it is a busy stop... but really lacking in service. Stopped going about a year ago due to an extremely rude female (Manager? Shift lead?) On more then one occasion. Most recent visit... order was not ready but was accurate, clearly were training (which is great) but did impact service time. Would not have wanted to eat inside... needed some clean up!

You have got to be kidding me. I paid $26 for 2 sandwiches and this is what they give me. Terrible. Will never return. Sidenote, The 1 lady at the window was nice.

Ordered in app and when I arrived 5 minutes after the stated time that it would be ready, my order was nowhere to be found. After they questioned if I actually ordered, they found that they had lost the ticket and reprinted my ticket. I was put into the back of the queue instead of being put at the front and watched as everyone else got their sandwich before making mine. They didn't seem to care that my order was lost. Freaky slow instead of freaky fast.
