I have always had a great experience with fresh tasty sandwiches prepared exactly how I ordered them & ready freaky fast! JJ's is my go to when I need to have lunch delivered to my place of work or when I just don't feel like cooking!

Ordered a Regular Ultimate Porker for lunch. It was far from being Ultimate. For 16 plus dollars delivered you would expect it to have a good amount of meat on it. Not 3 slices. This has happened other times in the past. I am done ordering from Jimmy Johns

Showed up on a Friday night around 6pm. We stood in the front of the store by the registers for 11 minutes and were never even acknowledged. 3 other patrons were waiting, one lady turned around, looked at my Wife and said 'Good Luck' and rolled her eyes. Staff members walked by us and lurked behind the counter and never even said a word. No 'be with you in a moment', or 'sorry we are busy, be right with you.", Nothing. So we waited a few more minutes and walked out. Unfortunate, but never to return. Someone needs to teach retail manners.

Absolutely horrible quality and poor amount of food. What a joke of a price, over $20 for two subs for something it looks like cost them $1. We will not be going back to any Jimmy John’s from this point forward and I suggest you look elsewhere for places to eat. Just not worth it anymore. Best part is they don’t care.

You simply cannot say freaky fast when an online order for pickup is placed at 1:15 for 'asap' and it's not ready when arriving at 1:40. When walking in there are 6 or 7 people working behind the counter and maybe 5 customers? The math isn't matching!
