This location is awesome! Every employee was working hard and friendly! I was helped by 3 people within a minute making sure I'd been helped! The music was a great choice and employees were low key singing along as they worked! Keep up with the good work and the singing while you work! We loved it! We'll be back!

Clearwater Store. Friday 10/24/25 @5pm. Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to take order, while2-3 cars came up behind me. Ordered a Tuna Sub. Pulled up to window and waited another 15 minutes, as well as the cars behind me. Watched the 2 boys making sandwiches, throwing across room like foot balls. I yelled that I only ordered 1 sandwich throw the window. One of them heard me and handed me (what I thought to be) my tuna sub. Get home, open my sub and it was an Italian sub. It was actually very delicious. I would have rather had tomatoes than the onions on it tho. I’m sure whoever gets my tuna is not going to be as happy as I was.

"By Health Code Standards you can eat this lettuce and it not make you sick, it's perfectly fine by the Board of Health standards" This was the statement I had received from the Jimmy John's employee, when I called after the delivery was made to report that our lettuce on both of our sandwiches were rotted. I told him that that was unacceptable and that we were not going to eat or pay for rotted lettuce. Again, I was told by the employee that it was perfectly fine to eat and that it would not make us sick. He seemed to be more concerned with making sure that I knew that by health code standards it was acceptable to eat rather than my concern of why I am paying for lettuce that should have been thrown out rather than served to the public. This place is know for hot sandwiches. today i ask if i could have my bacon heated up by itself not the sub.and i was told sorry cant heat the cold bacon only sub i was like seriously. The long hair guy in there is completely lazy and disrespectful. the sandwich is already over priced like come on heat the bacon redickusle

I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at a jimmy John’s so I know the deal. This staff needs an overhaul. Stopped in for 4 sandwiches and 20 min later they got 3/4 of the orders correct. After getting the lady who ordered after us our sandwiches. After dropping someone’s order on the floor. After making 30 sandwiches for a catering order before dealing with customers in store. There were 4 employees working front of house and they this still took place. It was great dealing with my 8 year old who didn’t have bacon on her sandwich when I paid for them to ADD BACON. What happened to freaky fast? More like a freaking joke.
