This location is TOP tier! They definitely live up to the Freaky Fast brand-my order was placed, made, and delivered all before I had a chance to blink. I’ve never had an issue ordering from this location. The food is always fresh, (you know how lettuce can be…) if they’re out of an item I purchased, they always make it right by swapping it out with something just as good, and they are somehow able to deliver my order and knock on my door without alerting my dog and making her go crazy (which no other delivery service can do!!). If I could order every day from this location, I would. This location and it’s employees are really the best out there.

This is the absolute best Jimmy Johns in the Metro. I have stopped here numerous times on my way home to pick up food for my family, and their customer service is always top-notch. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. I have picky eaters that commonly get their sandwiches with certain items removed, and others added. They are spot on every time.

This location is awful. And jimmy John’s as a whole has gone downhill. They have cheaped out on everything. No longer have fast delivery no longer fresh ingredients. I get brown lettuce and the wrong order. Jimmy John’s does not deserve to be in business if they don’t change. Freaky fast delivery? More like I’m freaky fast pissed off.

First time arriving here after a few years. My last visit back in 2023 was absolutely horrible and my food was made wrong and the staff could care less. I finally came back today for a slim bacon which they don’t have anymore? Well regardless, the staff today helped me out with the new menu and I’ve never recognized such great customer service in this town. So either new owners took over or they finally realized change needed to happened. I’ll be stopping by every morning. The gentleman that took my order with medium length blond hair was phenomenal at his tone and how he spoke to me. Thank you so much Jimmy John’s -Michelle

Wait was long but understandable… being short staffed is not easy!! Great service and even better attitudes from the staff. My sandwich was delightful. Pleasantly surprised, will return again. 10/10
