Be careful with pick up here... these employee's are going to set you up to fail every single time. If you have drinks, make sure you go and get your own straws! cuz these employee's won't have it in the bag for you. If you have multiple drinks ask for a drink carrier, cuz these employee's won't provide you one in the "pick up" area. Double check everything cuz sometimes your 2nd bag of food or another drink is not sitting with the rest of your stuff!

Went in early in the week to order enough for our baby shower Sat. Ordered the 12 pack catering order with 2 extra subs on wheat bread so I was sure to have enough for 12. I specified my order repeatedly and told the guy I want cheese on all. I’ll take ALL toppings on the side so guests could build there own. I said I’ll pay extra for more sides because I want plenty. The bill was over $70. This is the catered subs. I was so EMBARRASSED. I was trying to grab cheese from my own fridge in a frenzy. 3 tiny containers of onions. 2 tiny containers of cucumber slices. Enough tomatoes for some reason. After the party I went back to Jimmy John’s and asked to speak to the manager who was there when I placed the original order. I showed her the pictures and she just kept repeating “unfortun

Gargantuan lettuce wrap? Where? Had to eat it because I only had a short lunch break but this was really disappointing. The only thing they got right was chips/the lettuce wrap/added avocado 🤦‍♀️

So I ordered a #12 Beach Club which is listed under the Favorites which clearly says it is double protein, double provolone. While the Originals are all single protein, single provolone. I received my sub and as you can see from the pictures, it hardly had any meat on it. I called up and spoke to a female manager who told me that even though their website says double protein, they only use 1 slice of meat on their favorites. I clearly will not be going here any longer.

Finally! I've been ordering from this store for years. It's been hit or miss. Well, yesterday was the day. Everything was fresh, the sandwich was perfect and the best I've had from this location. Whoever was making sandwiches last night truly cares about the customer experience. Delivery was slow, but, everything arrived correctly and exactly how I requested. Thank you!
