I've gone to this DQ often but have only done ice cream through the drive thru. I agree with others that the blizzards tend to be more on the thinner side than thicker like I've gotten olat other DQs. Whenever I've gotten blizzards through the drive thru the service has been decent, employees friendly, and had no issues with the blizzards. Today, I decided to go inside to get food for the first time at this location. The staff was nice and the restaurant seemed clean. It took myself and many others so long to get our food. I believe we waited at least 15 minutes, which is a while for fast food. Even the cashier checked on our food and told her coworkers things were taking too long. This location has the thinnest blizzards I’ve ever seen! 3rd let down with the family! Good flavor, but definitely not spoon able! They definitely don’t follow the cup tipping show!

My husband picked up a birthday cake we ordered for our kid and we ordered it in blue icing. They put red on it and when he asked when he picked it up, the teenagers just shrugged… like if the birthday wasn’t tomorrow I would have had them redo it. This is unacceptable when charging $35 for a cake. You can clearly see on the order form it says blue. Do better.

Employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. The girl taking the order was short, "anything else" "K." And '$4.21" was all she said. They messed up my order, which is whatever, mistakes happen, but I could hear management swearing through the window. My milkshake was super liquidy which sucked.

Ordered 2 hotdogs and the pretzel sticks. Nothing was cooked. The pretzels were ice cold with the butter slopped on top, hot dogs weren’t even warmed up. Asked for ketchup when I ordered and they didn’t even give me any until I had to knock on the window and they just looked annoyed as hell that I was bothering them.
