Jimmy John's

Been here several times. Today I had a short time to get in and out for a quick lunch. The guy taking my order was lackadaisical and didn’t bother to try to listen. I stressed two specific things and thought he entered it correctly but was not given a receipt to verify. Other members of the team were busy with the drive-thru so my order took a few extra minutes but then when I was given my order it was wrong. I wasn’t interested in making a scene and they were still busy with drive-thru orders but was left with a sandwich I didn’t want. If this guy taking my order (who did not appear to be busy like his teammates) bothered to listen I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I try to give places more than one opportunity before leaving poor reviews. This is now the second time in about 6 months I’ve experienced the same level of service with no improvements. I waited about 20 minutes after placing my order at the box, no movement, no sign of the situation improving. I ran out of time and had to exit the line before receiving my food. I was pressed for time so I went to an establishment that had a reputation of being timely and efficient. Neither one of those exist at this location. I’m not certain if it’s a training issue or new staff need to be integrated, but this location has now burned me twice and it will be some considerable time before I even entertain that Jimmy John’s as viable option for food.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SANDWICH HANDLING OF MY FOOD. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND NOT ALLOWED TO SERVICE ANY CUSTOMERS EVER! I asked for a simple Jimmy John's little John sandwich and rather than admit she messed up on my order. She stated it wasn't mine then she made it again and voided my charge but no receipt given.. when I asked for a receipt copy told me to take a picture. Then took of items on the sandwich made and then threw items on the new sandwich. She didn't change gloves from the register touching money. Then had an attitude when I asked about the items on my order. Horrible service!!! Please train the staff on handing food and customer service!!! Then lied on r

Ordered three times from this location and annoyed each time. Whether I ordered a Little John or a Big John each sandwich literally had ONE slice of meat on each one. The third and final time not only was it missing 99% of the ROAST BEEF, they put TURKEY on it!!!! After the 2nd order I decided to share my experiences with corporate who stated they have a set recipe regarding the amount of ingredients on their sandwiches and said they would reach out to the store owner to make it right. I received an email for a free sandwich so I decided since it wasn’t costing me anything, I’d give them one more chance and they failed miserably!! Food is excellent, service is super fast. My go to jimmy johns. The new ham and cheese melt is delicious!
