Jimmy John's

The last few times we’ve had very little meat on the sandwiches. And now the last two times they have had no bread. Seems pretty hard to make a sandwich without bread.

Jimmy John’s used to be a quick sandwich. Now even when you order directly from the website for delivery it automatically hands your order off to uber. Now I will be waiting an hour and a half for a soggy wrap because Montana had 3 other stops to make on the way.

Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I bought a sandwich meal combo at the drive-thru and drove back towards home which is 30 minutes away. On the drive I realized my Dr. Pepper was horrible. It didn't have the flavoring of the drink, just the carbonation. So that was a waste. And then when I got home and started eating my sandwich I wasn't noticing any avocado spread that it was supposed to have on it (#12). After thoroughly searching I finally found the thinnest streak possible between two pieces of cheese. Not enough to hardly even notice it was there at all. Really disappointed and never going back to this location. I'll probably just stick to other sandwich shops.

Service was great, just not enough Condiments available. Everything was kind of bland you need something to spice it up. I had the oil in vinegar added to my sandwich , but I couldn't even taste the vinegar and no banana peppers?

Nope! I ordered one thing and got something entirely different. And it was HOT SPICY which I can’t have. What’s sad is the young man who made it also called out what I ordered and handed it to me. He knew he didn’t just make that sandwich. What in the world?! I had an appointment so I couldn’t go back and have them fix it. I wasted time, money, and didn’t get lunch. ** Also, they didn’t greet you, they didn’t confirm your order; didn’t ask what you want or not want on the sandwich, and didn’t tell you to wait somewhere or that your name would be called. Had no clue where to go and when I stood there they kept asking me if needed something. Yup, my sandwich-and I could not even get that.
