Jimmy John's

I order a Giant Porker sandwich with no lettuce and added onion. It came with two thin slices of ham. This is NOT $20 sandwich.

Love jj.. but on a regular visit. The employees have long hair and don't wear nets,or tie back and if they where a hat they don't tuck the hair. We'll today I bit into a sandwich and there was a hair.. and I could tell you who it belong to just by length! VERY WRONG. WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT . BUT TRAVEL IS TO FAR...

This location gets my complicated order correctly everytime, staff is usually pretty friendly as well.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and have ordered here several times. Last year I had placed an order for delivery and did not tip because I was intending to tip with cash upon delivering the food. The driver was very rude basically threw the food on the desk and stormed out of here before I could give him the tip. I didn’t think anything of it, I thought maybe he just had a bad day, but it definitely Rubbed me the wrong way and I have not ordered since. Just yesterday, I decided to order Jimmy John’s again did not tip because I was intending to pay with cash and again the driver was very rude. I understand in today’s market tipping is essential, however, I feel like that should not impact CUSTOMER SERVICE you give. Great food but if you don’t tip expect shitty attitudes

The culture here seems to be “don’t bother us within an hour of closing” i have been here a few times where there was not a welcoming atmosphere in the last hour before closing to include being asked how many sandwiches i indented to order before being told they were open or not being able to order a toasted sub, so i left this time not ordering anything at all, probably was a celebrated choice after i left lol. Lucky firehouse less than a mile away WILL make any sandwich cold or toasted until they close…
