If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a catered order with a company card for a corporate luncheon. And NEVER received it. That was in the middle of December. When I finally saw they actually charged me I called. The worker put me on hold, and the manager was in the background calling me a liar, saying I waited too long and he couldn't do anything. He informed the worker to just say they would call back to get me off the phone. They never called back! I've reached out to corporate twice an STLL NOTHING. They've literally stolen my money. I will NEVER use their services again. I intend to put a complaint everywhere possible. This is extremely unprofessional.

Visited the new Jimmy John's at 1251 Maple Street, Missouri. The food was great as always, but the service was disappointingly slow. Despite the restaurant being empty, it took a long time to get our sandwiches. PROTIP: additional parking to the left as you enter.

$45 for 3 subs is ridiculous, won't be back. Do better!

I’ve always loved JJ. Now you have toasted sandwiches I love it even more. The only thing I hate is Everytime I come in I ask for you to cut the sandwich in half. And you never do. It’s hard to eat a sandwich of that size going down the road lol. When I rip it apart the meats end up sliding out.
